To initialise your account, simply fill out the form with your customer number and an invoice number less than 2 years old, or your waiting list request number.
Please note that it is possible to reset your account at any time, for example if your e-mail address has been stolen. All you have to do is re-enter your customer number and invoice number and specify a new e-mail address.
